Gerry Anderson's first true series set in space. 39 episodes filmed in black and white, it aired between 1962 and 1963 when I was too young to see it. I first saw it when ITV repeated it in the mid 1980s.
The die-cast model of the Fireball XL5 craft I have was manufactured and sold by Product Enterprise circa 2004. I have photographed it infront of my 3D Moon model, and on my Moonscape dioramas. .
